Visiting Central
What to Expect

When you arrive, you will park in the big parking lot directly across from the Circle K. You will enter on the upper walkway to your left when facing the building. The Sanctuary will be straight ahead of you, and you will see ushers to greet you and assist you if needed.

On Sundays, we gather at 11:00am in the Sanctuary for a traditional style of worship that includes liturgy, an adult chancel choir, acolytes, the organ, and occasional handbells. Each service has a thoughtful and engaging sermon. We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of every month. All persons are always invited to the Lord's Table to partake in communion.

We offer Children's Church during worship. All children, preschool through elementary aged, are invited to join Kisha Sipe, our director of Children's Ministries, at the back of the church for Children's Church after the Affirmation of Faith. There are also children's bulletins, along with busy bags that contain crayons, coloring sheets, and some fidget toys, available as you enter the sanctuary. Our nursery is open and staffed during the entire service for those who may need a reprieve. Please know that all children are welcome and invited to stay for the entirity of the service if you so choose!

August at Central: A Different Worship Experience

Each August, we trade the Sanctuary for the Fellowship Hall and enjoy a month of worship in a more relaxed, intimate setting. Think of it as a modern-day camp meeting—a little more casual, a little more interactive, and filled with the same faithful spirit that has always been at the heart of our church.

Throughout the month, you'll enjoy special musical guests, familiar hymns alongside contemporary songs, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone is invited to come just as they are. Whether you're visiting for the first time, returning after some time away, or simply looking for a place to worship, August is a wonderful time to experience the fellowship, hospitality, and joy of Central. We hope you'll pull up a chair, join us in worship, and feel right at home.

We hope to see you this Sunday!
